Channing Tatum has a daughter with his ex-wife Jenna Dewan, who was born in 2013. However, Michael always kept his daughter away from the eyes of public to protect her privacy. But, that has changed now.
Finally, Channing Tatum has revealed the face of his daughter Everly in a cute and lovely Instagram post on Thursday. Tatum shared a picture of him with his daughter at a beach, in which, Tatum has wrapped his arms around his daughter.
The actor accompanied the picture with a warm and sweet caption. Tatum wrote, “You my littles are everything! You are my world and my heart.” Explaining where Everly’s eyes were busy, Tatum wrote, “You were looking at the full moon in this pic and telling me the prophecy of the full moon mermaid and then we ran into the water and looked for her and played with glow sticks in the night water calling out to the mermaids.”
Tatum added in the caption, “You said you touched a bald headed mermaid and saw a tail… Haha one day you will read this and I hope laugh. We have fun… hehehe.”
Needless to say, his comment section is filled with sweet comments appreciating his fatherhood and adoring the father daughter duo.
However, this is not the first time that Channing has shared a picture of his daughter on his social media. But whenever he did, he made sure to upload the ones which didn’t show Everly’s face. Before this, Channing had shared a picture of Everly in a pink colored fairy princess dress, but the picture was taken from behind. He had captioned the image, “Me and you little tail feather, running through fairytales forever. let’s go. #leicaQ”
Ever since his divorce with Jenna, which was finalized in 2019, Channing has been a single dad. In yet another attempt to showcase his love for his daughter, Tatum, wrote a best-selling book “Sparkella” earlier this year, which is inspires by his daughter Everly. In the book, Channing mentioned the hardships and his fears of being a single father.
In an interview with People, Tatum addressed being a single father and said, “I was really nervous when I became a single dad, and having to raise a little girl, not being able to have the resource of a woman there to be able to lean into how to relate to her as she grows up. I literally went to YouTube and learned how to braid hair.”
