Due to the outbreak of the pandemic, everything was closed, and people were home locked. Netflix has truly stepped up to the plate for last year without movie theatres. The story of the 2018 Watts family murders is shown in the film, which took place in Frederick, Colorado. It uses archival footage, including law enforcement recordings, social media posts, home video footage, text messages to depict the events. It was released on September 30, 2020.

The Trial of the Chicago 7 – This is an American historical legal drama film. Aaron Sorkin directed the film, and Stuart M. Besser, Matt Jackson, Marc Platt, Tyler Thompson produced the film. In the film Chicago Seven, a group of anti-Vietnam War Protesters is charged with conspiracy and crossing state lines to incite riots at the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago. It was released in select theatres on September 25, 2020, and began streaming on Netflix on October 16, 2020.

The Boys in the Band – This is an American drama film. Joe Mantello directed the film, and Ryan Murphy, David Stone, Joe Mantello, Ned Martel, Alexis Martin Woodall produced the film. The film is based on a 1968 play of the same name by Mart Crowley. The film was released on September 30, 2020. A visitor interrupts a gathering of gay men in New York City in 1968 and turns an evening upside down.

Enola Holmes – This is a mystery film based on a young adult science fiction series 1st book named Nancy Springer. Harry Bradbeer directed the film, and Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, Ali Mendes, Millie Bobby Brown, Paige Brown produced the film. The story is about Sherlock Holmes teenage sister who travels to London to find her missing mother but ends up on a thrilling adventure. It released on September 23, 2020.

The Devil All The Time – This is an American crime drama film. Antonio Campo directed the film and Jake Gyllenhaal, Riva Marker, Randall Poster, Max Born produced the film. This is based on the novel of Donald Ray Pollock’s same name, and he also serves as film narrator. It released in select theatres on September 11, 2020, and Netflix on September 16, 2020.
