After deleting and then installing the 9gag app, the discovery was made. The store data still stays even if sync with the iCloud Keychain is not done. The factory reset has to be performed to get rid of it. The iCloud Keychain can transfer data into the device again when backup restore. It would be better if Apple completely wipes out user data.
