An alleged drunk driver in an SUV barreling down the Belt Parkway smashed into a police cruiser early Monday, killing a 35-year-old driver who was standing on the side of the road after a fender-bender, police said.

The fatal collision happened around 1:15 a.m. after cops responded to an accident near Exit 15 in East New York where the 35-year-old man in a BMW i8 rear-ended a Honda Pilot in the left lane heading west, according to police.

The BMW driver got out and stood next to the guardrail when a 2019 Nissan Rogue crashed into a police cruiser with its light on parked behind the pair of vehicles, cops said.

The man, identified as Peter Tse, died at the scene, cops said.

“The cop car in that crash was dealing with a minor fender bender there,” said a police source, adding, “As they’re doing so this lady comes barreling through and kills the poor guy.”
